「再生現象の成立機構」

第33回基礎生物学研究所コンファレンスは、再生研究の動向を検討し、再生現象の成立機構に迫る新しい研究の在り方を探ることを目的として、平成6年3月23日から25日にかけて開催された。アメリカ合衆国ほか6か国から12名の第一線級研究者を招き、国内から48名の参加を得て、23題の研究発表がなされた。始終熱のこもった実質的な討論と情報交換がなされた。それによって、再生研究の展望が得られ、このコンファレンスは参加した国内外の研究者の多くから高い評価を受けることができた。
