Palfalvi研究員、岡崎北高校にて出前授業
Dr. Palfalvi Holds Lectures For High School Students2021/03/16
3月16日に長谷部研のGergoPalfalvi研究員が、県立岡崎北高校の生徒達に向けて科学と英語に関する授業を行いました。
午前の部はコスモサイエンスコース1年生約40名に向けての授業で、母国のハンガリーの話から始まり、現在までの経歴、研究内容について紹介し、最後には、科学者になるには、という生徒達へのメッセージを伝えました。午後は英語部の生徒達8名がPalfalvi研究員を囲む形で、課外活動として行われました。少人数の気安さからか、生徒達から多くの質問があり活発な授業となりました。
授業は全て英語で行われました。分かりやすい英語と綺麗で見やすい資料で、生徒達も「よく理解できた」「またやりたい」と喜んでいました。先生方からも好評で、来年以降も続けたいとの言葉がありました。
On March 16, Dr. Gergo Palfalvi, a researcher at Hasebe Laborato-ry, gave lectures to the students of Okazaki-Kita High School.
In the morning session, he gave a lecture to the science course students telling about his country, Hungary, his career, research, and then, how to become a scientist. In the afternoon, he gave a talk to the students from the English club.
The students were pleased and said they would like to have that kind of class again soon and so did the teachers.
