The speaker's group has developed various life-machine fusion devices Including cardiomyocyte pump, electric ray generator and earthworm valve.
Recently, the group has exploited the characteristics of plants including multi-functions, growing even after cutting and little ethical issues, and established a valve using Mimosa pudica, which is introduced In this lecture.
