An abstract is requested from all invited speakers.

For General Participants

Note: Registration will be closed if the number of participants exceeds the capacity of the venue.

Deadline for registration: 

The deadline has been extended to October 17^th, 2014.

Registration rates

Non-student: 7,000 yen

Student: 5,000 yen

Payment

● Please pay the registration fee at the registration desk.

● Payment is only accepted in Japanese Yen and preferably in the exact amount.

● Receipts will be issued when payment is made.

● Credit cards are not accepted.
 

Welcome party

We will hold a welcome party for invited speakers and participants on November 16^th (Sun) 18:30, at ‘Kikyu’ an event hall (about a 1 min. walk from the south exit of Higashi-Okazaki Station). (Registration has been closed.)
