Note: Further registrations will not be accepted if the number of participants exceeds the capacity of the venue.
 
<Meal fee>
The meal fee is 8,000 yen, including a conference dinner (August 1st) and two lunch boxes (August 1st and 2nd).
Student's discounted rate to 5,000 yen.
How to Pay:
●   Please pay in cash at the venue on registering.
●   Credit cards will not be accepted.
●   A receipt will be issued when payment is made.
●   Payment is only accepted in Japanese Yen. Please try to bring the exact amount.
 
<Travel Support>
We offer travel support for select participants who submit presentations.
If you wish to apply for travel support, please check the box on the registration form.
and submit the application form by email to conf67@nibb.ac.jp.

<Presentations>
We encourage every participant to give presentations by either oral or poster (although this is not compulsory).
If you wish to presentation your research, please select Poster or TALK on the registration form and submit your abstract.
An abstract of your presentation should be submitted by email to conf67@nibb.ac.jp.
