Accommodation

The conference will be held at the Yamaha Resort Tsumagoi, located just 10 minutes by bus or taxi outside Kakegawa City. Meetings and discussions will take place in the Conference Center, conveniently located between two hotels of the resort (North Wing Hotel and South Wing Hotel).

Accommodations for conference attendees will be provided at the North Wing Hotel and South Wing Hotel .
  Amenities: Bath towel, Facial towel, Yukata(a cotton kimono for room use), Toothbrush, Soap, Shower cap, Shampoo, Razor, Hot pot, Refrigerator, TV, Dryer

Garden and forest view indoor and outdoor baths are located nearby.	Buffet-style meals featuring both Japanese and international cuisine will be available for attendees at the Restaurant Join in the centrally located S.M.C. building.
