Applications will be judged by the Organizing Committee, and applicants will be informed of the selection results by July 15th, 2014 by email.

Travel Grants

Thanks to a generous grant from NIBB, funding is available to support the cost of international flights for limited numbers of graduate students. The applicant needs to fill in the specified section on the application form to receive flight cost assistance.

Costs (all costs in Japanese Yen)

Registration fee is 30,000(JPY), which includes:

• Breakfast and lunch (from September 23rd to October 1st except for September 28th)
• Dinner for two nights (September 22nd and October 1st)
• Social hour for two nights (September 23rd and 24th)
• Course materials

Accommodation costs for Mishima lodge (Institute guest house) will be provided by NIBB.
