1. intercalary development 介在分裂組織 ［Superior ovary becomes inferior due to intercalary meristematic activity around and/or beneath the gynoecium, forming a cuplike structure, which rises bracteoles up as part of the fruit wall 発生初期は子房上位だが、介在分裂組織によって、心皮そのものが肥厚する（Myrica、 Canacomyrica)、あるいは、心皮下部が小苞を持ち上げるように盛り上げ子房下位となる（Myrica gale　ヤチヤナギ）］
