Above rates are per room per night including breakfast, service charge and tax and valid only during the period of the symposium.
Hotel reservations should be accompanied by payment of a deposit (1 night per room), and the remainder of room charges should be settled directly at the hotel.
Payment of registration fee and one-night hotel deposit must be completed by credit card in Japanese Yen.
VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, DINERS and JCB cards are available.

In case of cancellation, a written notification should be sent directly to registration desk to avoid any trouble.
(After the conference, the conference proceedings will be delivered.)
In case of cancellation, a written notification by email should be immediately sent to eckansai2@or.knt.co.jp. Your deposit will be refunded after deductions for bank charges/commission and cancellation fees (please see below for the cancellation fee policy).
