For the invited participants

The administrative office will arrange accommodations and all meals for invited participants at both sites. Accommodation and meal costs during the conference period will be provided by NIBB.

At the first site:

At the second site:

The Kafuu Resort Fuchaku CONDO・HOTEL in Okinawa, which is the southern major island of Japan, and commands a spectacular view of the island and the coral reefs in the East China Sea.

For the general participants

The administrative office will arrange accommodations and all meals for general conference participants at both sites. General participants will need to cover accommodation and meal costs.
