<Meal fee>
The meal fee is 8,000 yen, including a conference reception (October 28th) and two lunch boxes (October 28th and 29th).
Student's discounted rate to 5,000 yen.
How to Pay:
●   Please pay in cash at the venue on registering.
●   Credit cards will not be accepted.
●   A receipt will be issued when payment is made.
●   Payment is only accepted in Japanese Yen. Please try to bring the exact amount.
 
<Presentations>
We encourage every participant to give a poster presentation. This poster should be 90cm (width) by 120cm (height).
If you wish to presentation your research, please submit your presentation title and authors in the form.
