An abstract is requested from all invited speakers.

For General Participants


Correction of registration information

Note: Registration will be closed if the number of participants exceeds the capacity of the venue.

Deadline for registration: February 1st, 2016

 

Registration fee: 8,000 yen

Student Registration fee: 5,000 yen

(The registration fee includes two lunches and a mixer.)

If you wish to cancel or change the schedule of your attendance, please notify us by March 31st, 2016.

 

Payment

●  Please pay the registration fee at the registration desk.

●  Payment is only accepted in Japanese Yen and preferably in the exact amount.

●  Receipts will be issued when payment is made.

●  Credit cards are not accepted.


 

Call for Posters    Application has been closed.

Poster sessions will be held on April 22nd and 23rd, 2016.

Participants are encouraged to present a poster. (Poster dimensions Width: 90cm, Height: 120cm)

Several posters will be selected for short talks. Those selected for a short talk will be notified by email from the conference office.

 

If you wish to present a poster, please email an abstract of your poster to conf64@nibb.ac.jp.
