Participants wishing to register in person at the venue are welcome.
Participation fee is 5,000 yen.
*Please pay the fee in Japanese YEN at the registration desk.
Receipts will be issued when payment is made. Credit cards are not accepted.

Poster dimensions Width: 90cm, Height: 120cm
Push-pins and poster board will be available.
Poster set-up: from12:00 - 14:00 during lunch on November 23rd
Poster removal: from 12:00 - 13:30 during lunch on November 24th
