Cells grown at 36'C were subjected to a temperature shift to 22'C, and
incubated in the light for 15 minutes (1), 30 minutes (2), and 60 minutes

Hydrogenation-induced regulation. Cells grown at 36'C were subjected to
hydrogenation for 4 min to partially hydrogenate the lipids of plasma membrane,
and incubated at 36'C for 15 minutes (1), 30 minutes (2), and 60 minutes (3);
Control (c) corresponds to cells which were chydrogenated but before the
incubation.
