has spirally arranged tepals as Amborellales and Nymphaeales have, indicating this is a plesiomorphic character in angiosperms.<a scandens<\/em> is a monotypic species in the Austrobaileyaceae, which is a liana and distributed in tropical Australia. \u201cFlowers with internal staminodes\u201d is synapomorphic species. Stamens of <em>Trimenia moorei<\/em> is latrorse.
