Abstract submission
An abstract is requested from all invited speakers.

For General Participants
Correction of registration information
Note: Registration will be closed if the number of participants exceeds the capacity of the venue.
Deadline for registration: October 30th, 2015
Registration fee: 7,000 yen
Student Registration fee: 5,000 yen
(The registration fee includes two lunches and a mixer.)
Payment
● Please pay the registration fee at the registration desk.
● Payment is only accepted in Japanese Yen and preferably in the exact amount.
● Receipts will be issued when payment is made.
● Credit cards are not accepted.
Call for Posters Application has been closed.
A Poster session will be held on November 30th.
Participants are encouraged to present a poster.
Several posters will be selected for short talks. Those selected for a short talk will be notified by email from the conference office.
Poster Presentation Information:
・Poster dimensions should be 90cm (width) and 120cm (height).
・Posters will be displayed in Conference Room B.
・Poster session will be scheduled at 17:30pm on November 30th.
・Presenters may put up posters beginning at 9:00 am on November 30th.
・All presenters should remove their posters by the end of closing remarks on December 2nd.
After that time, remaining posters will be removed and may be lost or thrown away.
The meeting does not take responsibility for posters that are not removed on time.
