Correction of registration information

An abstract is requested from all invited speakers.

Please submit your abstract as a PDF file through the registration page linked above, which will be printed in the abstract book without modification.

An abstract template can be downloaded here (MS-WORD File).

Deadline for abstract submission: May 19^th, 2013

For General Participants

Registration Fee

General Participants 4,000 yen

For Students 2,000 yen

Please pay the registration fee at the registration desk.

Payment is only accepted in Japanese Yen and preferably in the exact amount.

Receipts will be issued when payment is made.

Credit cards are not accepted.

Correction of registration information

Application will be closed if the number of participants exceeds the capacity of the venue.

Poster applicants will be given a higher priority on participation.

Deadline for registration: June 24^th, 2013

For posters

Poster session will be held on July 10^th.
General participants are encouraged to present a poster.
If you wish to present a poster, please submit an abstract of your poster.
Submission is available from the registration page linked above.
Organizers may evaluate and choose posters if the number of applicants exceeds the number of spaces available at the venue.
