- The "atlas" presented here is actually not an atlas.
It is as yet a raw data without navigation cues.
Currently, the datasets contain low-resolution photos of
serial
brain sections of mice and
monkeys, stained for several gene markers. In our future
projects, we wish to provide high-resolution photos with detailed
anatomical guides. The expression in neocortex is described
in our published study.
