Course Objectives:
Further develop and expand the basic knowledge and skills on light microscopy focusing on fluorescence microscopy.
To improve theoretical and practical skills on advanced imaging techniques using state-of-the art systems whose include a large variety of confocal laser scanning microscopes to cover a wide range of biological applications.

Course Topics/Modules:
Seminars and lectures on several aspects of fluorescent light microscopy for biological applications which includes live cell imaging, deconvolution, TIRF microscopy, super resolution techniques, correlative microscopy Hands on training using different high-end light microscopes.

Graduate students, Technicians, Post-docs, Faculty members, Support staff of core facilities
